Terms of service

These terms are between you and Ecstatic Media, LLC ("Site by Five", "we").
The service
We build a website from the content you provide, host it, and make edits within your plan's monthly allowance. Your preview is private until you approve it.
Your content
You own the words, photos, logos, and other materials you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us permission to use them to build, host, and maintain your site. We don't invent facts, testimonials, or credentials; you're responsible for the accuracy of what you send.
Fees and billing
Setup is billed once. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Add-ons and custom work are priced before we start. Once a site is live, there are no refunds.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period, then it's taken down, and we'll send you your content on request.
Acceptable use
Sites may not be used for unlawful content, harassment, or anything that puts other sites on our platform at risk. We may suspend a site that does.
Liability
We're not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the service. Your use is at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
